Phyllis Maffucci

An investor in New Jersey real estate for over 10 years, Phyllis formalized her position and obtained her real estate license in 2005. Phyllis Joined the John C. Conover Agency of Allenhurst and Asbury Park in 2008.

A diverse background in interior design and education contribute to Phyllis’ ability to provide comprehensive services to her clients. As principal owner of innerspace design inc., a full service interior design company, Phyllis’ clients included business professionals commissioning commercial and hospitality design projects as well as numerous residential projects. After graduating from the New York School of Interior Design, Phyllis continued her education by studying the ancient Chinese art of Feng Shui. Phyllis currently teaches interior design at Middlesex County College in Edison, NJ.

Interested in community redevelopment, Phyllis successfully represents both residential and commercial clients in Asbury Park, Long Branch and Belmar. Believing that “Green” features will become increasingly important when buying property, Phyllis is an advocate of environmental design and LEED certified buildings. Consistent with her desire to offer the most comprehensive services to her clients, Phyllis actively pursues education in sustainability, energy savings and green build science.

Phyllis is a licensed Realtor in the State of New Jersey and a member of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
