Since 2005, I’ve had a collective background in both real estate and interior design, and I take the trust my clients put in me very seriously. My whole career has been about (helping people define their personal lifestyle and improving their living spaces). I graduated from the NY School of Interior Design and was principal owner of innerspace design, a full service interior design company commissioning both residential and commercial projects. I worked as a visual display stylist for Macy’s Furniture and Liz Claiborne in New York City, taught interior design at Middlesex County College, and have given seminars to home sellers on the use of color and Feng Shui principles.I offer free consulting services to my clients with regard to home staging, interior design, color application, as well as visual merchandising for someone who leases or purchases a commercial space with me.
As the summer rental market began heating up, I was asked to work with Conover’s Summer Rental Division. A number of my residential clients expressed interest in exploring the potential income their properties hold, and I’m happy to help with that as well. Your property is your home, but it’s also an investment. The condo you buy today that’s walking distance to the Asbury Park boardwalk may become your rental unit in 4 years, and the lakefront home you buy tomorrow in Wanamassa may become your summer home when your job transfers you out of state. Some people want to hang on to their property, and I work with them to make that financially feasible.
If you have any questions about real estate or interior design, would like to find out what your home is worth, or want options for your real estate investments — please let me know!
