Marianne Schell

Marianne is a licensed agent with twenty years of real estate experience in Asbury Park. Specializing in the local commercial market, Marianne represents developers, landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail and office space as well as the marketing and sales of investment properties.

She is also the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space in three of Asbury’s most historic properties: The Steinbach, Press and Post buildings. Marianne has worked on Wall Street and in municipal government in Asbury Park and Jersey City. She lives in West Allenhurst with her husband Ralph and their four children.
