I have worked with homeowners and home buyers since getting involved with Sandy Recovery immediately after the storm. My work ran the gamut from volunteering, to working as an agent of the state responsible for providing proper federal funds to affected homeowners, to working as an executive within a construction company performing rebuilding and elevations for homeowners to effectively project manage their return home.
I have worked with investment companies to identify and purchase storm damaged properties, collaborating with architectural and engineering firms to create the most effective plans for complete and updated reconstruction/renovation/elevation, and facilitating the zoning and permit application process. I bring a comprehensive knowledge of FEMA, and how the newest flood zones will affect real estate and flood insurance along the Jersey Shore, now and in the future.
Prior to my Sandy Recovery efforts, my career was working with top commercial design and architect firms in NYC creating custom interior finishes for local, national, and international projects. Experienced in spacial and staging design, I look forward to offering these skills, along with 30 years of sophisticated negotiating expertise, to effectively market and sell your home in a professional manner.
As a resident of Asbury Park, I am passionate about, and take an active role with, the success of the town through the continued growth of community, culture, real estate, and volunteerism.
