I needed to put my house in Asbury Park up for sale at the end of August in the depths of the housing crash. At the time, nothing in town was selling. I knew that if it didn’t sell by the end of fall I’d be stuck with it through another long cold winter, having it subject to storms and making mortgage payments. I gave it to Adam to sell.
