Another great weekend and it looks like terrific summer weather is headed our way for this weekend. The Asbury Park 5K held last Saturday was the best ever. Great running weather and over 1,500 participants. There is something special about crossing the finish line on the Asbury Park boardwalk that keeps attracting more runners very August. A special thanks to the Asbury Park Rotary, Trinity Church, Asbury Park Waterfront and the NJ National Guard for manning the water stations. And a major special thanks to Phil Hinck and all his volunteers from the Jersey Shore Running Club that make it all happen. Only in Asbury Park!
